Enterprise Strategic Transformation Leader & Fractional COO

I am an enterprise transformation executive and Fractional COO with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations translate strategy into execution, modernize operating models, and scale responsibly using data and AI-enabled capabilities. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, data, and people, with a focus on measurable outcomes, adoption, and long-term organizational resilience.

In my current role as Managing Director of Enterprise Transformation, Strategy & Governance at Bank of America, I operate with COO-level accountability across large, highly regulated environments. I oversee staffing strategy, capacity planning, delivery governance, and cross-functional execution for a $40M+ portfolio supporting platforms that serve more than 100 million customer accounts and over 50 terabytes of enterprise data. Increasingly, this work includes embedding AI-driven analytics, automation, and decision support into core operating processes to improve speed, accuracy, and executive visibility.

In parallel, I serve as a Fractional COO and strategic advisor to organizations navigating growth, modernization, or operational complexity. In this capacity, I help leadership teams operationalize AI and advanced analytics in practical, value-driven ways, from prioritization and workflow automation to governance, change readiness, and responsible adoption. My focus is not experimentation for its own sake, but ensuring AI is aligned to business objectives, operating models, and workforce capabilities.

Across my career, I have led enterprise-wide transformations comparable in scope to full ERP implementations, including large-scale data and platform modernization, legacy system retirement, and complex system integrations. These initiatives have delivered tangible impact, including a 50 percent reduction in reporting effort, a 30 percent increase in platform adoption, and more than $6M in annualized cost savings through AI-assisted automation, tooling rationalization, and operational efficiency.

Change leadership is a defining strength of my work. I have designed and launched enterprise reskilling programs in AI, cloud, and data literacy, enabling adoption across more than 1,000 employees while building federated governance models that balance innovation with control. I have also guided organizations through risk-intensive and highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as CCAR, CECL, Basel, GDPR, and SOX while still advancing AI-enabled transformation.

Earlier in my career, I built and led foundational enterprise data and reporting platforms that continue to power the majority of financial and regulatory reporting today. I played a key role in major post-merger integrations, including the BAC–Countrywide consolidation, managing data migration, systems testing, and operational readiness across deeply matrixed organizations. This foundation enables me to approach AI initiatives with a systems-level mindset and a strong appreciation for data quality, architecture, and operational readiness.

My professional background includes hands-on ERP implementation leadership across Oracle Financials, SmartStream, and JD Edwards. Having led full lifecycle implementations from requirements and architecture through go-live and hypercare, I bring a practitioner’s lens to executive leadership and AI-enabled advisory work.
